Shroud of the Avatar
Patch 5.2
I've been so obsessed with this game that's currently in development that I completely forgot to post about it here on blogger until now! I even wrote a song about it! Quick low down: Shroud of the Avatar is a new Fantasy Role Playing game slated to be released in October 2014. The Producer is Richard "Lord British" Garriott, famous for his Ultima RPG series. The beauty of this game is that Garriott and his team of current devs are NOT tied to a commercial publisher like EA (Ultima Online lol..) or NCSoft (Tabula Rasa hah..)! Author Tracy Hickman (DragonLance series ring a bell?) also joins their all star team for storyline collaboration. Hickman may even write a novel if the Shroud of the Avatar Kickstarter reaches their $1.8 million stretch goal.

Unfortunately, the Kickstarter ends tomorrow at 10am EDT, BUT if you happen to read this post before it's over, I highly encourage you to pledge to the KS because the game rewards as an early backer are just AMAZING!
