Hi. I'll make this post quick:

• I've decided that my [Mog Mondays] are a lot more work than they're worth. Not planning on doing those regularly anymore.
• The vlogs every Wednesday are just not happening either. Too much mental angst and personal issues preventing me from keeping up with them. No matter how much people tell me they love watching them, I still hate myself too much to enjoy actually recording them regularly.
• I leveled a blood elf Prot Paladin to 90 in 5 days /played. (Roughly 2 weeks.) I adore her. And I loved playing a prot pally SO MUCH that I might even finish leveling my Human Paladin soon!
• I am opening for art trades. But I am very picky about who I'll trade with. If you wanna trade, link me your DeviantArt (or other art site) with samples of your work. Hello everyone and welcome to my first official installment of "Mog Monday" here on isolte.blogspot.com, and because my main is an Alliance Shaman, we'll kick this thing off with an Alliance themed mail transmog! Self Discipline: I Don't Has

Hey all! Firstly, thank you for following my blog as rarely as I've been posting. Secondly, I'd like you to know that I'm taking baby steps toward correcting my lack of blogging... And lack of a regular schedule in general!

Since the first thing I do everyday is check my email, I found a ToDo list iPhone app that will email me my weekly tasks on a given day! I've chosen Mondays to be my "Post a new blog day" and Wednesdays to be my "Post a new vlog (to YouTube) day". If this works out the way I'm hoping, you'll see new blogs from me every Monday and Wednesday.

And I really want to stop focusing on what to post about and just get in the habit of regularly posting. Because the more I worry about content, the less I end up actually writing! So, wish me luck and we'll see how it goes. :)

Shroud of the Avatar

I've been so obsessed with this game that's currently in development that I completely forgot to post about it here on blogger until now! I even wrote a song about it! Quick low down: Shroud of the Avatar is a new Fantasy Role Playing game slated to be released in October 2014. The Producer is Richard "Lord British" Garriott, famous for his Ultima RPG series. The beauty of this game is that Garriott and his team of current devs are NOT tied to a commercial publisher like EA (Ultima Online lol..) or NCSoft (Tabula Rasa hah..)! Author Tracy Hickman (DragonLance series ring a bell?) also joins their all star team for storyline collaboration. Hickman may even write a novel if the Shroud of the Avatar Kickstarter reaches their $1.8 million stretch goal.

Unfortunately, the Kickstarter ends tomorrow at 10am EDT, BUT if you happen to read this post before it's over, I highly encourage you to pledge to the KS because the game rewards as an early backer are just AMAZING! Hey people! How are you all enjoying patch 5.2? Gosh, the first day of the patch I was overwhelmed with all the new dailies to do and admittedly I still am. :) But yay for new content! Nuku and I even spent a day farming [Zandalari Dinomancers] for the cute little dino pets they drop *squee*!

Anyway, I thought it was about that time again to update you with my current projects... since I haven't finished any of the ones I mentioned in my last project update. =/ (*sigh* By the way, thanks for being so patient with me missing my own deadlines!) XD But fear not, fans of the random crap I post(!), there will be something for you to enjoy very Soon(TM)! I promise! (*whispers* But instead of making the same mistake of pressuring myself into deadlines for my creative stuffs, I'll stick with the safer deadline of "soon".)

Mail 'Mog: Love Is In The Air

Hi everyone! So, I've been holding onto these [Firemane Leggings] ever since a friend gave them to me back in Burning Crusade (only because he didn't have a mail wearing toon at the time lol). And because the world event [Love is in the Air] has started today (Sunday, Feb. 10 - Saturday, Feb. 23), I decided to attempt a mail 'mog based on these super sexy pants!

Firstly, I have to say that it is really unfortunate that these pants are not a part of a complete mail set! If you are a plate wearer however, you're in luck because [Bloodscale Plate] is a complete set. The closest you can come to a complete mail set with this look is by using pieces from the [Brigade Mail] set, but you sacrifice some color matching since the Brigade set is a darker, rusty looking shade of pink.

With that said, instead of lazily using the Brigade Mail, I threw together a [hopefully not TOO tacky] transmog set just for Love is in the Air! I hope you like it!
